2005-08-05 [Tear]: The people want a salary cap for each national league team, which is a good idea, but the commision doesn't believe each team should get it, and if they don't, that means that players won't recieve any credit for games about the nhl, merchandise that has their names on it, and crap like that. They want the cap as a base for them to make some money off of, as most of the fan-based cashflow is going to be eliminated.

But it is kind of odd, every forum that i have owned that had an IRC chat, and every other site that i went to that had an IRC chat had a user control panel. The one at Elfpack doesn't. And that sucks, because that means I can't use the remote panel to change my chat settings, like font and color and all that good stuff.
